The Modern Salad for
Today's Busy Piggies

We at The Manufactory work night and day to develop exciting nutritious new salad recipes for today's busy houseguinea . We use only the freshest of organic ingredients,

individually checked for squidginess, zinnginess and chewability are selected for inclusion in our dishes. We are proud to present a selection of our favourite recipes for your delectation and delight.

Watercress Salad:
Take a good bunch of freshest watercress, wash well and dry with a cloth. Arrange in a pretty salad bowl and sprinkle some parsley over.

Top-notch Salad:
Take some good red eating apples and polish them well. Cut a slice off the top of each one and remove the cores. Fill with diced cucumber and replace the top. Serve garnished with cherry tomatoes all round.

Dish of The Day (Everyday) Salad:
Take a fresh cucumber and slice into four lengthways, add a handful of fresh greens, spinach, parsley, round lettuce, mixed greens, celery tips, sliced peppers, melon balls, freshly sliced ripe mango, add a soup con of cubed apple. Serve immediately on your best salad dish and maybe share with friends, but not too many, and if unexpected guests arrive pretend to be out.

That’s all for the recipes for now, far too hunger making. I’m going for my tea now which will comprise Watercress Salad, Top Notch Salad and Dish of The Day (Everyday) Salad. If I have room I might have some ice cream and a little fresh, crispy hay and of course, my bowl of cereals. For supper . . . . . . Burp!
