so you will find things that Piggies like and some stuff that our humans like a lot as well.
As we have mentioned the obvious stuff we like best in other bits of our website - for example see ‘Salad Stuff’ here and here, and Messing About in Boat here, and we have put links to our ‘Choice Websites here’, this page will have good stuff that we have only just discovered, which can be the best kind of stuff, as well as stuff which we knew about all along but only now decided to share with others, which can also be the best kind of stuff but even better.

Some Good Books:
We all like a good bedtime story and thank you Lucinda for pointing us in the direction of ‘Olga Da Polga’. A marvellous collection of tales about a splendid little Guinea Pig written by Michael Bond (author of the Paddington Bear books). A series of books that is sure to be enjoyed by Children, Piggies and ‘older people’. You can buy these books in your local bookstore.
We have also been enjoying all the Alexander McCall Smith books, Joanne Harris’ Blackberyy Wine, Chocolat etc, The Borrowers by Mary Norton and a lot more besides!

Some Good Organizations:
We all like fruit of course, and some of us like it even better when it comes in little bottles, tastes delicious and when it is as good as this! The people at ‘innocent’ make the best fruit smoothies, thickies and other Good Stuff, as well as being a really eco friendly bunch of nice people. They also DO Good Things too. Good Stuff in Small Bites:

All of us here love opera - it is a little known fact that piggies have a beautiful singing voice and we like nothing better (after food of course) than singing along to our favourite arias - read a bit about this at the bottom of Mavis’s page here. Here are a few tunes we are currently enjoying: Gluck’s Orpheo et Euridice, Purcell’s Dido and Aeneas, Bellini’s Norma, and some other stuff . . . Violin Concertos by Beethoven and Brahms, and Dvorak’s Piano Quintet. We like a Good Film . . . ‘It’s a Wonderful Life’, ‘Big Fish’ and all the Lord of the Rings films too.

Good Stuff in Even Small Bites:

All these are rather Good too: boiled eggs with soldiers, crunchy Autumn leaves, bats, Sunday snoozes by the fire, prickly hedgehogs, proper tea and fresh coffee beans (we get ours from the nice people here), home made cakes, ‘doing our bit’, making things, Giant Spades, gnomes, wind up gramophones, ribbons and bows, cherry buns, pedal cars, Birthdays and . . . Oh we are running out of space . . . and just when we were getting to some Really, Really good stuff . . . . . . like fresh grass and salad and fresh greens and sweetcorn and fresh hay and seconds and . . . . MORE GOOD STUFF!
