Terms & Conditions

Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affect your statutory right as a consumer.

Payment and Pricing:
We accept payment by Paypal via the internet (you can use most major credit cards to pay by this method), Cheque and Postal Order, or by Cash if paid at our Office.
Postage and packing is included in the price of our Card Collections and Badges for delivery to the UK. We are happy to quote for delivery outside the UK. Until payment is made the product remains the property of The Mildred Mittens Manufactory.

Delivery:
We will aim to fulfil your order and deliver the goods within five working days of your confirmed order being placed. Badge orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment. Goods are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post. We can quote for different delivery services, including Royal Mail Special Delivery, a guaranteed service. If we are unable to deliver the goods to you within this time we shall contact you and confirm another time for delivery. If another delivery time cannot be agreed upon we will offer you a full refund.

Canceling and Returning an Order:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products unless they are personalised items, specially made ‘to order’, such as our badges. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

Complaints:
If you feel that items in your order are unsatisfactory, that we have made a mistake or have any other complaint then please feel free to contact us by e-mail, or write direct.
We will respond to all complaints within one working day, usually the same day. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and courteously. Any customer details passed to use are kept confidential and you will be kept informed of the complaint process
